Sunil Kamath (Founder & General Partner)

Over 2 decades of work-ex, Sunil has held leadership positions in consumer internet companies like Opera and ShareChat, where Sunil has gained valuable learnings while scaling businesses from zero to double-digit million dollar ARR. Since 2020, Sunil has been an active investor in pre-seed and seed stage startups primarily in the D2C and consumer tech space with close to 30 investments in the past 5 years. More than 80% of the startups are actively pursuing their vision with a few outliers which are currently valued between 5X-30X of his invested value. With an operator-investor mindset, Sunil works closely with founders on their growth plans and contribute to the growth strategy, identify strategic partners and co-investors for the portfolio (Role : Sourcing, investments, portfolio management, and growth strategy. Asutosh Upadhyay (Venture Advisor)

Asutosh is a co-founder and general partner of FortyTwo.VC, a cross border venture fund dedicated to Indian founders building enterprise tech and SaaS for global markets. Asutosh has over 16 years of experience in the tech industry, spanning product, marketing, and investing roles. His mission is to empower and support the next gen of entrepreneurs who are solving complex problems with innovative solutions. Asutosh has invested in and mentored multiple startups in the enterprise and SaaS space, such as Detect Technologies, Delightree, Vyapar, and SwitchON. He also brings operational expertise from leading previous roles in Transerv, OnMobile, and TVS Motors. He also carries a unique blend of operating in multiple geos-India, GCC and the US (Role : Early-stage deal evaluation, GTM strategies, portfolio growth, and fundraising. Balram Nair (Partner & Portfolio Strategy)

A seasoned entrepreneurial leader with two decades of professional experience, including a transformative decade in the startup ecosystem. Balram has held leadership roles at a prominent angel network and a family office. He has developed deep expertise in deal sourcing, strategic networking, and capital access. Through this role, he has honed his skills in investor connections, deal making, and identifying promising investment opportunities across the startup landscape. As co-founder of 82Volt, a data-driven EV technology company, he has gained invaluable insights into the ground reality of founders and their entrepreneurial journey, enabling me to provide guidance for startups navigating their critical zero to one phase.
